This location is super!! NEarby MErrit Parkway, the Trumbull Mall, Sacred Heart University, public Golf course - Fairchild Wheeler and offers a Gated entry with Lobby Security and the facility offers Tennis courts and a community swimming pool as well as underground secure parking with keyed entry.
Recently the hallways have been newly carpeted and walls pinted - the elevator has been under new management and is working properly now! Thankfully!
The building hallways are homey and decorated tastefully with pleasing neutral colors!
