Very Dark, Noisy, Bitchy back office - Going condo.

I lived here two years and recently moved out due to an excessive uncontrolled rent hike.
It's a pretty property w/ helpful front desk but the back office girls can spit venom, Bitchy.
It's also absolutely Very dark (even on the 20th floor!) and very very dusty (due to the 5 construction projects circling the bldg).
Noise is huge & ongoing at most times, along with very loud yelling protesting union workers.
Plus it cost a ridiculous $150 to move in, and they charge cleaning/move out fees as well.
It's very obvious one of the post on this bldg is from the rental office, hardly surprising.
