One or both of the elevators are ALWAYS broken and the owner doesnt give one tiny damn. If the idea of standing for twenty minutes on a line stretching into the lobby waiting for the one (barely) working elevator to inch its way up and down appeals to you, this place may be for you.

Just FYI, the elevator problem has been fixed. Two new high-speed elevators now.
