Elevators are fixed now and working fine (let's hope they stay that way). I think the staff is great. We've always had quick, friendly service. The building is neat and well kept. The downside: no sense of community, many of the renters are young and discourteous, having loud parties on the weekends. Still, it's a good place to live if sense of community isn't important to you.
