It is great living here here - elevators are indeed slow but so what. NYC is hectic as it is. Yes, you need to book in advanmce to move - I dont like someone pushing his wardrobe intomy ribs. Fresh Direct does deliver - someone below must be a bit crazy. Doormen are friendly. RENT IS CHEAP, and the views are great. Nice place for kids. Large apartments, many playgrounds, places to run and play. Hey, if you want to pay more, for noisy walkups in midtown - go ahead.
