Quiet Relaxing Place

I moved here a year ago, and really like it. I feel like I am not even in NYC because the neighborhood and building are so quiet. I can never hear my neighbors. I never saw a roach or a mouse. The views are Fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing building.

Almost every tenant in the complex has a dog.
