All tenants who use the Pool area at Battery Park Health and Fitness, should contact 311
and make a report against the management company for not removing the open containers of garbage away fro the pool area.

Children and babies are particularily susceptible to bacteria from garbage,and rodent feces.

Members are not separated safely from these hazards.
