Okay, some of the apartments have great views and are spacious. I lived on the 5th floor and still had a a great view of the river/statue. With that said.... Be prepared for 500 /month electric bills in the winter, smelly halls (Yes there are A LOT of residents who like marijuana), inconvience to just about everything, and the worst doorman.. Ricardo Irwin in building 400. I was just moving in and asked where the elevator was located. He didn't even acknowlege me... I asked again and he berated me. I love how the office staff claims "Oh! Thats the first complaint we ever received" Whatever.
