We have a corporate apartment for over two years now, the employees that stay there daily love the place. It is quiet and clean, slow elevators I agree. The view is super, the grounds are kept up and the construction keeps the neighbors' noise from our unit. Being on the other side of the West Side Highway makes you feel like you are outside of Manhattan, yet a short walk away is the busy part of the City. Also being next to Tribeca provides many great places to eat and enjoy The Big Apple!
