Large Space, Decent Building, Great Location

If you like the River and the esplanade, this is a great place for you. I do. I don't feel I need to be in the "center" of things all the time - this is a nice respite. BPC is especially great in the summer. The rents are good - being this is Manhattan. Most complaints seem to eminate from people on lower floors. I am on 14, facing south - nice sun. I don't turn on the heater all winter - and electric is never over $40/month. Goes up significantly when I use the air conditioning in the summer ($150).
