The Doormen Are A Joke

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2006-01-01

- High electric bills
- Never warm in the winter
- Never cool enough in the summer
- Elevator problems
- The Doormen in the 400/500 building were terrible, completely useless and rude.
- Old appliances
- No microwave

Over all, I loved the view of the marina. The building and management was a constant struggle...and they wanted to raise the rent by a significant amount. NO THANKS!!
