a good deal, some issues

I've been here two years and I'm basically pretty happy with Gateway.
( ) A lot of space and a nice view for the money. I've priced my unit vs dozens of others in the neighborhood and on a square foot basis it's maybe 25-30% below market.
( ) The doormen in 200 are generally friendly and helpful. Picking up packages and dry cleaning at the door after a long day is a real plus.
( ) Very quiet - never hear the neighbors.
( ) Clean - I haven't seen a bug in two years.
( ) Location - it's BPC, you like it or hate it. Close to the water, good jogging/skating/cycling, but zero night life and the subway is a hike.
(-) Windows are single glazed, not well sealed, and the heat/AC cannot cope. I wear a sweater and sometimes a wool hat and scarf indoors on the coldest days.
(-) Elevators are pretty slow.
