I thoroughly enjoy the Gateway. My studio is quite large and affordable (compared to similar in Manhattan). Yes, the elevators are a disaster, VERY bad, but they are working dilligently to fix them. I adore my view and an after-work martini at Steamer's.I find my commute to midtown a breeze on the E train. I always smile at the grumps going to WFC. I'm walking the other way to an almost empty train. it's great. I find most of the complaints here unwarranted.
