The Management that runs the Complex needs to go back to basics ! I have to agree with Heller10280 on everything that is mention ! Not only are they bad ... they are corrupted as well !!! For example ...
Verzion is trying upgrade the wiring system to "FILES" which will enable residents to get cheaper cable, phone and internet than Time Warner! Unfortunably the Managment wanted a BIG PAY OUT or KICKback before they even allow them to lay a wire !!! While my friends in the other building are gearing up for cheaper rates form RCN & Verzion .. we are face with high cable rates from a sole provider Time Warner !!!
The Management is other interested in the little problems day to day problems but overlook the serious big ones !!!
