I read these negative reviews before moving in and I'm SO GLAD I took a chance. We love our 1 bedroom...it's spacious and feels like a home. Also, the people in the building, from the tennants to the doormen to the security gaurds to the gym employees are friendly and respectful.

We have another year on our lease and will likely renew again. No problems to report AT ALL.
