I am a native New Yorker and have lived in many places in my half a century plus in NY.
I have a beautiful reasonable one bedroom that appears to be rooms on a boat when I look out of the window. I can barely see the esplanade only the water, the Statue of Liberty and boats.. The doormen, Ricardo, David and Felipe are so courteous, helpful and each know me by name. The hallways are being renovated right now. There is a dog run right downstairs and a gym in the building. I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST A YEAR AND HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY ABODE.
