Wife Kathy and I lived at Gateway Plaza while working on Wall Street since it's
inception and moved to our other home in Spring Lake, NJ in January 1991. We both
miss lower Manhattan as I'm originally
from Brooklyn & Kathy grew up in midtown
Manhattan. Kevin, our Doorman at the time,
was wonderful and we'd like further info
as to present rentals per month. Thanks!
