I have lived at Gateway for the past 5 years and I disagree with all the negative reviews. Yes it is a large complex, but the staff and Management has been very attentive and responsive. I have seen many upgrades in this Building since I have moved in. The elevators were completely upgraded and the longest that I now have to wait for an elevator is 20-30 seconds at most !! The hallways were completely renovated (new wallpaper and carpet)

As a matter of fact, I just referred this place to my best friend and she moved in last month. I envy her because now they are renovating all the apartments and she has a GORGEOUS apartment that has a brand new kitchen, new bathroom and new floors.

I felt it necessary to write a review because I think that it is unfair that a few disgruntled people should deter anyone from moving here. There are people on my floor who have lived here for over 20 years and they still love it here !
