I've been in Gateway Plaza for 14 months and I am very pleased to be here. I'll most definitely sign a new lease next January when mine expires.

Management has definitely been upgrading the buildings, from the pathetic elevators when I arrived (now they work like a dream) to the laundry to the health club.

People are friendly, utilities (which you purchase through the landlord) and cheaper than with Con Edison and if you're facing the Harbor, the best views in the world!

It does take a few minutes to walk to the subway, but virtually all of them are down here. A rate Gateway Plaza very highly.

You must be working for the management. These people are ripping everyone off with the electricity that you are required to purchase from them. They have been known to start eviction proceedings from non-payment of the electric bill. When I lived in Gateway Plaza, I was getting hit with a 200-400 electric bill for a 1 bedroom apartment. That is ridiculous.
