Good bargain

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2008-01-01

When I was looking for an apartment, this was the largest, cleanest, and cheapest place for my budget. And there's a doorman, elevator, laundry, and A/C. The downside is it's a hike from the subway, and it's especially frustrating because of the WTC construction.
