The worst management and extremely cold in the winter

Although you get large room and closet space for the rent price, I would never live in Gateway again. You get construction noise all day round, including weekends. Management is horrible and bad at responding to requests (doesn't return calls, and voicemail box is always full).
And be prepared to pay large electricity bills in the winter and still live in a very cold apartment. (I work late on weekdays so only ran my heater at night and weekends, and my bill would range between 300 and 400 a month)

GATEWAY IS CORUPT. AND THOSE WILLING TO BE VICTIMS WILL SOON LEARN THAT WHEN THEY NO LONGER ARE WILLING, THEY WILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUCKED DRY AND WILL BE ABLE TO LEAVE ONLY WHEN THEY ARE FORCED ONTO THE STREETS, ABANDONING ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHICH GATEWAY WILL SELL FOR THEIR OWN PROFITS.
