This building is REALLY BAD and teh managment is even worst...

Not suitable for NY winter

Almost all apartments have nice harbor view, but it comes with the price: the building is old and window insulation literally non existent. Also built-in a/c units are not insulated as well, work poorly and maintenance people will do nothing ... more
