We've been there for about 2 years and after each year, we wanted to move out to somewhere more residential, cleaner, newer etc. but we really couldn't find anything with better value for money. One-beds at HT are $2500-3200 depending on location/size etc. The building is older and we have found an occasional cockroach in the bathtub but management does send memos around about spraying pesticides so I assume it's being done. Water turns our humidifier brown so the water isn't perfectly clean. The other thing is they rent out a block of apartments to some of the universities so there are apartments that are full of bunkbeds used as dorms. So the laundry room is always a mess in the beginning of the school year because the students have not yet learned proper laundryroom etiquette. I agree with the write-up below this one. Maintenance is responsive (within a day). You get what you pay for.
