This is just a horrible building. The biggest problem is the staff which make no attempt to be helpful, and the building management which seems to have given up. The Herald Towers tries to promote itself as a luxury doorman apartment building. It is more like a bad college dormitory. In fact, several of the floors in this building are now used as dormitory space for a local college. which should give you some idea of the level of building service and the atmosphere.
