The "Luxury Apartments" sign at the front door is where the ridiculousness starts. 1) Management is unresponsive, makes YOU feel like you are asking for too much for say, when your bathroom is flooding at 11:00 pm at night (and when they tell you that the technician is out for "lunch"--at 11:00pm??), and a multitude of other inconsistencies. 2) Doormen are simply at the desk and that is all.
