Great staff, tenants, etc. Coming home is truly a pleasure! The building is attractive and always clean. Though I've only lived there for over a month, the staff already knows my name and always ask if there's anything I need. The drycleaning service onsite is GREAT as well! In terms of location, I couldn't ask for anything better. Penn station (located a few minutes away) is very easy to get to! I would definitely recommend this building to anyone who manages to find vacancy in it.
