Super noisy by the traffic!!

First and foremost, it's very noisy especially in the evening (6-8PM). Saturday and Sunday nights are the worst because the building is next to Lincoln Tunnel; they keep honking every two seconds sometimes all night long until 4-5AM in the morning!! And shutting the window doesn't help much.
The rent is pretty high given the poor location (near Port Authority and Lincoln Tunnel) and compared with other building which are newer and in better locations.
Front desk is okay. Leasing office is a pain to deal with and not responsive.
