Lousy management; Decent apartments

Priced for luxury but run like a low-rent suburban complex. Rehabbed units look good for about a year, but are of poor quality. Cheep trim and thin paint already deteriorating in the units and the hallways. Face lift of front lobby has been going on for over a year. No doorman (so don't try to receive anything except UPS) but rather an ever-changing cast of security guards who pay absolutely no mind to who comes or goes.

Don't worry, once they jack up your rent another $1000 in 2008, you won't have to live here anymore.
I hope Gluck is happy. He destroyed a middle class housing project for a rotating cast of rich folks who expect the world from him when all he's willing to give is a coat of whitewash and new carpet.
