The apartments are larger than average and the prices are better than you would find uptown. The doorstaff is helpful and maintenance is very quick to repair anything that goes wrong in the apartment.
Overall, a good experience. Our rent did go up $150/month when it came time to renew our lease but we are still deciding to stay.
Building is clean and well maintained.
