Landlord Very Bad: Great Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Landlord Rose Associates has no concern for the tenants whatsoever. We are a 3 year tenant, but this carries no weight as we have had a loss for 6 months from a Rose contractor with no compensation - and Rose admits to fault. The building is basic, but nice and the staff in general is very helpful. As long as you have no problem, building is good choice - nice views, near several subways.
