The apartments are over priced. The management and leasing office staff are rude and very ghetto. Charge excessive parking fees and not flexible when you want to down grade. The laundry room is expensive and grounds not well maintained. No window cleaning I was told to lean out and clean them myself. Shooting in area constantly.Tenants smoke drugs, when reported nothing done about it. Bird droppings not cleaned left all year round smelled up the apartment.
