The rental office of Manhattan Park is very bad. I signed the lease and gave them the security deposit and first month rent. However, fourteen days prior to move in, they told me the rent must be increased. I never met or thought about such a dishonest business behavior. They did not give me any compensation, nor return my application fee even though they changed their mind. Now, I am very happy not to live there. One of my colleague just moved out from Manhattan Park. He has lived there for a year. The management office demand him pay the doubled monthly rent three times. Even when they received the rent, their poor management continued to ask him pay the rent. As a result, my poor friend has to go to his bank to obtain bank statement every time. Don't be misled by their advertisement about "luxury apartment". Manhattan Park was built in 1980's. They never updated anything since then. The hardfloor looks like a trash ground. They are not honest to customers, nor care about us at all.
