Manhattan Park

Manhattan Park, however, would not be that bad if it were managed differently. The maintenance staff is terrible and the management is even worse. The apartment itself is nothing special, but nearly every gym machine in all four MP buildings is broken. The gym in building 40 has been closed for months (not that it ever worked anyway) and if you ask the management, expect a rude response. This might not matter a great deal if there was a gym on the island at all. Be forewarned: any and all experiences with the maintenance staff will be difficult, trying, and often lead nowhere.

Elevators in the building are frequently broken, the pool membership pricing is outrageous and the gross-tedes (grocery store) across the street often has dirt in the shopping baskets and dust on the overpriced merchandise. Many people walk the mile to queens or use fresh direct to get groceries.

If I could give the staff and maintaince less than one star, I would.
