Have moved out of the complex after 3 years of labored existence-- commute is crap, taking a cab there costs an arm and a leg,and there's absolutely nothing to do. ever.

that being said the apartments themselves were okay; a bit shabby but still well built. Gym was so so and the laundry facilities were a plus. Doormen were extremely helpful as were the maintenance people. In all however, i think that they charge too much for what you get. There are much better options in the city.

Management office however was and is a nightmare. Quite rude and highly unhelpful and to top it all off, a security deposit that was supposed to be mailed to me 6 to 8 weeks after i moved out is now officially one month late. I've called and tried tracking it down but i've been given no explanation as to why it's late or even given any assurances that I would be getting it at all.

This place is run by a billion dollar property management company and they can't get me my measly thousand dollar check on time' That's just a sheer lack of regard for common decency. That complete lack of any kind of sense of community alone is reason enough to stay away. Whoever is running this outfit must hate their job.
