I've been living here over a year, and I'm sick and tired of lazy, rude attitude of management office. Sometimes, they send the rent (which due date is 5th of the month) after 5th, and they charge us the late fee because it's not postmarked before the 5th. At least twice, they've sent us the wrong bill (and somehow the amount is always higher than our rent).

One month, they charged us wrong utility bill, charging us 5 times more than our average bill. (Even a neighbor got $6000 for electricity bill for that month!) Obviously their system or something was wrong. Even we have claimed it right after we got the bill, they haven't corrected the issue. Further more, they've been charging us the late fees every month.

The building itself is not bad at all, but I'll definitely move out here in the end of current contract.
