The space, location, etc. is great for the price you pay. However, you end up dealing with a management that snaps at you, doesn't return your calls, offers terrible or no explanations, and a basic pain during the lease process (both signing and trying to move out).
My roommates and I have always been polite - almost felt like we had to plead with them to get anything done. We would feel forced to say Thank you, I'm so sorry, multiple times - but no use, still very very rude and frankly, condescending towards tenants.
The doorman and the maintenance staff are nice however.
Try the Octagon or Riverwalk - their staff seems much more pleasant and professional.
