I've been living at Manhattan Park for a few months. I'm very happy here - my apartment is wonderful! And I'm really enjoying the pool during these summer months. My introduction to the complex started everything off to a great start. The rental office was excellent - the woman who works there makes you feel right at home, and does everything she possibly can to make everything go smoothly. The resident managers for the building are very helpful. I've had excellent assistance from both of them.

I'm guessing this was written by Deborah Detwiler, because the management is just plain awful.

The review was definitely written by a recent resident of Manhattan Park (2 months)!! Formerly, I lived on the UES of Manhattan.
