Not so bad

I live at Manhattan Park from 4/2008 to 4/2009. The place isn't that bad. The staff is nice and responsive. People from the management office are your typical NY'ers, kinda rude but get the job done. I never had a problem with them. They just renovated the gyms. The grounds are very well kept. The walls aren't rock solid and you can occasionally hear your neighbors. When I left they were just installing FIOS. All in all, not a bad deal.
