What a gorgeous building.

I've lived here for 4.5 years, and I still haven't seen a more impressive rental building anywhere in the city.

Every aspect is remarkable, from the cool art deco exterior, to the bright, clean, lobby, to the large, modern apartments, to the breathtaking roofdeck.

The views of the Chrysler building have to be seen in person to be appreciated, but it is the most spectacular roof terrace in Manhattan.

Everything still seems brand new here, including all the top-notch fixtures and appliances in the apartments (granite and marble everything).

The gym is brand new, and may as well be private since it's never crowded.

So convenient.

It includes a golf ball practice net, billiards, boxing bags, massage beds, and extensive free weights and cardio machines.

The neighborhood is extremely safe and clean (there is a Grand Central neighborhood association which takes care of upkeep).

And also fantastic are the doormen who are always friendly, courteous, and immensely helpful.

Plus they actually open the door for you.
