Facilities ok, staff good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I lived in this building for several years. The location can be noisy, particularly on the south side as you face an emergency room. The facilities of the building are easily outdone by many other buildings in the area. Maintenance is reasonably good, however, and new facilities are frequently installed, e.g. the roof garden was added about two years ago and the BuildingLink (online notification for packages and maintenance) system, and an ATM was installed recently in the laundry room. The laundry also had all its dryers replaced recently. The staff are friendly and helpful, and apartment maintenance tasks tend to be done quite quickly. The fitness room desperately needs some maintenance, however, the machines in the room are very old. If you're a serious gym-goer you won't use this place, it's more for people like me who wouldn't use a gym if it wasn't convenient. (Use of the room is $200/year).
