Nice Building, DISGUSTING Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Lived here with my roommates for almost two years. We made the mistake of signing a two year lease. One of our roommates moved out, so we decided to get a new roommate and everytime we tried to get information from the management office as to how to do this we got nasty responses, and nasty letters. We had to call over and over again because management did not call us back, it was a drawn out, long process and we never felt comfortable after that. We thought we had it all cleared up, and the day our new roommate was moving in, the building staff would not let him because management did not approve it, even though they did over the phone. Then they gave us a hard time with rent checks etc. Charged us fees for nothing. When we moved out, it took 4 months to get our security deposit back, and they stole $900 for a clean up fee.
