Nice concierges, clean building, but rent raises are high From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived in MWC for 2 years and the first year they raised my rent 15% and the second year another 10%. Very little negotiating room with Rockrose. I was shocked by the increases given that during year 1 I lived through 6 months of construction and now there is a new condo being built across from my window. On the other hand, most of the people who work there are nice and helpful. And, the building/apartments are super clean, which really counts for a lot in the city. I never saw a bug in 2 years.
