One year later From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Been a resident for one year. Nice building, good staff, but for one doorman which, if you are a pretty woman wont have a problem with him. Terribily overpriced for the amenities that other high rise buildings would offer at the same price. the rent increaes are high. Mind you, this is just an old building that has undergone a makeover. The maintenance issues are handled very promptly!!
