Overpriced and Under-delivers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Apathetic management, thin walls (any and every sound transmits both sideways and up/down - you can hear other tv/music from across apartments), loud elevators (1st time in manhattan i have seen elevators make loud "tocks" when crossing every floor - whats up with that''), poor maintenance. Overall I have been very disappointed with the building. Oh, did i say thin walls again'' Its as if they put up pieces of paper to demarcate units.
