I have been a tenant here for 2 years and I just can't wait for my lease to end so that I can move out.

Besides Stephen who does his job in this chaotic building, office staff are just unbearable (particularly one from the leasing office who recently left to another building - others will suffer now).

It is a noisy, poorly maintained and unfriendly place.

And on top of all things, they raised the rent when the rest of world goes down.
Bottom line - Don't move here!! There are so many better priced options out there!
