This building is terrible from start to finish. Of course Related is in this business to make money...I get that...but they are also in the business of providing safe, clean, well maintained homes to their residents. That's what they do. That said the office staff treats you terribly. They behave more like you owe them something. I've lived in 2 other buildings in NYC over the past 10 years and while none were perfect, they were both far superior to this place. Prices are ridiculous and they have no sense of treating long time tenants well. Just a bad feeling from start to finish.
