Nice building, some strange people, noisy railway

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Building's really nice (despite nasty carpets which, to be fair, are being replaced). Good gym, small and overlooked sun deck.
There's a couple of floors of fairly mentally disturbed people (seriously) but none that have caused any bother (except some uncomfortableness in the elevator).
Doormen are great. As are all the staff.
The railway is occasionaly noisy (last train about 11pm) but not the world's biggest deal. Not cheap though.
