Started out good. Gone downhill.

Rumors abound that the library on 43rd Street is selling, so you can expect a developer on the other side of New Gotham. My laundry gets stolen. Elevators are frequently out. And rent increases are $200-700 depending on the amount you pay now and whether it's a one- or two-year lease. The concierges are great, though people can slip in and out of the building w/o checking in. Gym equipment breaks down, headsets linkups to TVs don't work and they often cut off AC in the gym and laundry room (and elevators) to save money. Moving as soon as it's feasible. Renter beware: when you go to renew your lease, the increase will be based not on your "preferred" rent but the much higher base rent that's registered with the city. No intercom.
