I have not lived here too long but I would like to add my 2 cents. The elevator situation is at times problematic. 2 elevators are routinely out of service with one always being out of usage. If someone happens to be moving in, there may be just one elevator in use...unacceptable.

The response for requests for maintenance is excellent and quick.

The doormen are extremely friendly and helpful.

If you don't like dogs, don't live here. it seems like 2/3 the tenants own dogs. Watch out on the side walk outside the building for dog feces.

The gym is woefully inadequate, even for the little you pay. Upgrades of the equipment..forget about it. The hours are good though.

Location is convenient. More than enough restaurants, laundry facilities, grocery stores, etc in the area.

I would love to hear other tenants views on the New Gotham.
