Really do, the staff is great, from the concierge to the cleaning guy. They do a good job of keeping the building clean and they're friendly. The location is great for me, as I work nearby, and I like the proximity of the Port Authority. It's also convenient in that I'm sort of in the middle of it all with Times Square nearby, but far enough away so that usually the only people in the neighborhood are the ones who live here. It's just a great neighborhood. Also like the newly designed park along the Hudson River -- great new dog park, boat launch is great, there's also a place where you can take out row boats or kayaks for free. Plus, the park's being even more developed with restaurants, etc. Like the bike/walking trail. Love the restaurants (a couple of new bars) good grocery stores, etc. And lastly, the great view from my apartment. I really enjoy living here...I understand the place is rent stabilized, so any increases in rent at the end of the lease coincide with the city-mandated percentage increases. I really don't want to move!
